Trampoline Airobics
Trampoline Airobics is the new rage, where group aerobic classes are performed on a trampoline that accomodates quite a bit of people. There are benefits to this type of exercise, it is claimed to strengthen your core, build balance, burn up to 1,000 calories, all while having fun. As with any exercise, use good judgement and safety precautions for a productive and beneficial workout.
