Exercises to Tone and Lift the Glutes

With summer fast approaching, it’s not too late to get your glutes into shape. Below are four great exercise videos focused on toning and lifting of the glutes.  As the exercises progress you may become tired and feel burning in the muscles, but don’t give up, try to finish the session.  As always, listen to your body and if an exercise doesn’t feel right, other than burning in the muscles, then stop.  Have a great workout!
