Kettle Bell Workout

Kettle bells are round in shape, with a handle at the top.  Kettle bells were used by the former Soviet Union Armed Forces to keep up their fitness and to build stamina and strength.  Since the whole body and core is used to perform kettle bell exercises there are many benefits such as:
·         Creates a strong core
·         Improves stamina
·         Enhances mobility and flexibility
·         Enhances coordination
·         Decreases body fat
·         Increases muscle size and bone density
Kettle bells can be used by anyone and it does not make women bulky.  A combination of kettle bell and body weight exercises will yield ultimate desired results.  The kettle bell video below takes you through a workout circuit which includes some body weight exercises as well.  The instructor in the video uses good form, so please pay attention as to how he performs each move, because poor technique can result in injuries.  Have a good workout!
